





In C2C Georgia Winter Clinics we teach position fundamentals for attack, midfield, and defense as well as coaching for the coaches. In January we go pro with the Chesapeake Bayhawks' president Dave Cottle and players Ben Rubeor, Kyle Dixon, Michael Evans, and more!
Coach the Coaches Clinic with Dave CottleDave Cottle, Bayhawks President, spent 19 years coaching at Loyola College, leading the men’s lacrosse team to 181 wins and 14 consecutive appearances in the NCAA tournament. In 2001 Cottle was named the men’s lacrosse head coach at the University of Maryland where he remained through the 2010 season. During that time, the Terrapins saw 99 victories and 8 consecutive NCAA playoff appearances. A Salisbury University graduate, Cottle started with the Bayhawks in July of 2010 as a consultant.
Attack Clinic with Ben RubeorBen was assigned to the Bayhawks in 2009 during MLL Player Reallocation. He has played in 19 games for the Hawks recording 18 goals and 17 assists totaling 35 points, and adding 17 ground balls. Ben was drafted 14th overall by the Long Island Lizards in the 2008 MLL Collegiate Draft. He played in 10 games for the Lizards recording 13 goals and 4 assists totaling 17 points and adding 18 ground balls.
A four year starter at the University of Virginia, Ben was one of the nation’s top players, rated No. 3 by Inside Lacrosse. He was a finalist for the 2007 Tewaarton Trophy, two-time team captian, and finished as the 6th all-time leading scorer in UVA history with 212 points. He was twice named to the All-ACC Academic men’s,the ACC Honor Roll three times, was a USILA 1st Team All-American.
Midfield Clinic with Kyle DixonKyle was drafted 2nd overall by the Bayhawks in the 2006 MLL Collegiate Draft. He has played in 53 recording 91 goals, 28 two-pointers, and 50 assists totaling 169 points. He has also logged 70 ground balls, and was named to the 2007 and 2008 All-Star Teams, and competed in the 2007 Bud Light Skills Fastest Shot Competition.
Kyle played in 60 games with the Cavaliers, scoring 55 goals and adding 57 assists totaling 112 career points; he also logged 109 ground balls. Kyle won 2 national championships at Virginia, won the McLaughlin Award as the nations best midfielder, and was selected 2nd Team All-American junior year and 1st Team All-American senior year.
Defense Clinic with Michael EvansEvans was drafted 18th overall by the Bayhawks in 2009 and has remained a shutdown defenseman for the Hawks routinely covering the opposing team's top defenseman.
Evans started in 49 straight games for the Blue Jays including a National Championship win in 2007. He accumulated 38 ground balls, 9 caused turnovers, and 2 assists, and recieved numerous accolades at Hopkins including 2007 Honorable Mention USILA All-American, 2008 3rd Team USILA All-American, and 2009 1st Team USILA All-American; as well as the 2008 NCAA all tournement team.
C2C Winter Clinics are designed for student-athletes in Middle School (6th-8th grade), and High School (9th-12th grade). Clinics are appropriate for Middle School and High School players with experience and advanced skills.
All Specialty Clinics are held at North Atlanta High School (2875 Northside Drive NW, Atlanta)
